The right to apply for the admission competition is granted to individuals who have completed a four-year secondary school education.
When submitting the application, the candidate must select two out of the four listed subjects.
Entrance Exam is in English language.
The entrance exam is taken in the selected subjects based on the prescribed literature, i.e., the Collection of Entrance Exam Practice Questions
The entrance exam is conducted in accordance with the “Rulebook on the Entrance Exam Procedure and Candidate Ranking for Admission to the First Year of Undergraduate Academic Studies in English-Language Study Programs,” which is available on the faculty’s official website link: Link.
Candidates may take the entrance exam in one of the following three ways:
Candidate identity during the entrance exam is verified using an official identification document: a valid national ID card or passport. Candidates whose identity cannot be confirmed will not be allowed to take the entrance exam.

Proof of English language proficiency. Acceptable proof includes a certificate of at least B1 level issued by a licensed educational institution (agency). Candidates from countries where English is an official language, or those who have successfully completed four years of secondary education in English, are not required to provide proof of language proficiency. A candidate who does not submit a certificate but provides evidence of having registered for an English language proficiency test, with the test date scheduled after the application deadline, may be granted conditional admission. If the candidate fails the test or does not obtain the appropriate certificate by the official start of classes, the conditional admission will be considered null, and the candidate will be deemed ineligible for enrollment.

Enrollment is carried out in person at the Faculty of Economics in Subotica, according to the schedule that will be published along with the final ranking list. There is no option for online enrollment.

Tuition fee: 4,500 € (domestic payment must be converted to RSD at the NBS middle exchange rate on payment day)
Total of 100 points:
• 40% from high school GPA (sum of yearly averages × 2, rounded to 2 decimals)
• 60% from entrance exams (0–60 pts)
Passing requires:
• At least 14 points total from both exams
• At least 5 points in each subject
Foreign transcripts are converted to the Serbian scale via the Faculty's Equivalence Commission.
Foreign students apply under the same admission rules as Serbian citizens. They are self-financing. Required documents include:
• Nostrified high school diploma or proof of ongoing nostrification
• Health insurance for the study year
• Objections to the preliminary ranking must be submitted within 36 hours of its publication, to the Admissions Committee. The Dean has 24 hours to respond. Late appeals will not be accepted. Detailed instructions will be on the website with the preliminary ranking.
• If admitted applicants fail to enrol within deadlines, places are offered to the next candidates on the final ranking list.
