General Information

2012 International Conference on Energy Efficiency and Environmental Sustainability (EEES2012) will be held in Subotica, Serbia as a three-stage event during autumn 2012. It is organized in a framework of a project titled: Real time end-user energy efficiency monitoring in facilities (eNergyMon) by the University of Novi Sad, Faculty of Economics. The aim of EEES2012 is to provide a platform for researchers, engineers, academicians, industrial professionals, public service providers as well as community representatives from all over the world to present their research results and development activities in Energy Efficiency and Environmental Sustainability. This conference provides opportunities for attendees to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration.

Paper submission

The official conference languages are Serbian, Slovenian and English.
Please submit your papers electronically (for instructions see Submission Method). Submitted conference papers will be reviewed by scientific committees of the Conference. All papers accepted for EEES2012 will be published in conference proceedings on CD-ROM. The selected best papers will be published in the following journals:

• International Journal of Strategic Management and Decision Support Systems in Strategic Management
• The International Scientific Journal of Management Information Systems
• Annals of the Faculty of Economics in Subotica

It is up to each participant how much to submit or publish. Some authors may publish only an abstract in the proceedings. Others may prefer to publish a full-length manuscript. Delegates may also attend a conference without submitting or publishing any research. Authors may deliver their work during the conference either as a 15-minute oral presentation, or as a poster session.

The three conference events (EZO2012, TIEE2012 and EKOR2012) will be held in the premises of the Faculty of Economics in Subotica.

The first conference event, titled Ecology, environment protection and sustainable/renewable energy sources (EZO2012) will be held in Subotica, Serbia, on October 19th 2012.
